This policy covers information collected through the Kaijuu website, including pre-launch registrations and requests for setup or usage consultations. It does not describe data processing by a future Kaijuu Shopify application; appropriate product privacy terms will be provided before that service is made available.

When you register, we collect your name and email address, plus any optional phone number, Shopify store type or remarks you choose to provide. We also record whether you request a consultation, your separate marketing choice and the privacy notice version shown when you submit. We process limited security information such as a hashed network address, browser details and Turnstile verification results.

We use this information to record and manage your registration, respond to you, arrange a requested consultation, prevent abuse, maintain registration records and send launch or product updates only when you separately ask to receive them.

Registration records are planned to be stored in Cloudflare D1 and protected with Cloudflare Turnstile. Registration notifications may be sent through our configured email delivery provider. These providers process information on our behalf to operate and secure the registration service. We do not sell registration information.

We retain registration information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to manage the pre-launch campaign, comply with applicable obligations and resolve requests. We use access controls, transport security and abuse-prevention measures, but no online service can promise absolute security.

Marketing consent is optional and is recorded separately from your registration. You may ask us to correct or delete information you submitted, or withdraw from optional updates, by emailing hq@craftsmill.in. We may need to retain limited records where required by law or for legitimate record-keeping.

The website may use essential browser storage or cookies needed for operation and security. Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical information to distinguish people from automated traffic. We do not use this registration form to set consent for optional marketing.

We may update this policy as the website and registration service develop. The date above will show when this policy was last updated.
